My Journey From Survivor to Advocate
I am Gina Bilotti, a passionate advocate for workplace justice and the founder of Bilotti Law. My journey began at Syracuse University College of Law, where I earned my Juris Doctor with a focus on employment law. My commitment to confronting discrimination, bias, and inequity in the workplace drives my practice.
A Journey of Resilience
Before entering the legal profession, I spent 25 years in senior leadership roles at a major pharmaceutical company. In the final chapter of my corporate career, I faced gender discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. I fought back and emerged stronger, but it was the stories of countless women facing similar injustices that truly inspired me to pursue a legal career.
My Mission
Today, I bring my strength, insight, empathy, and resolve to my law practice. I understand what it means to be silenced, sidelined, or mistreated at work. My personal experiences have taught me that a company didn’t make you—so it can’t break you. Whether you are confronting discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, or a hostile work environment, I am the fierce advocate you want in your corner.
