Meet Gina…From Survivor to Advocate

Gina Bilotti, Esq. is a passionate advocate for workplace justice and the founder of Bilotti Law. She is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor with a focus on employment law and a deep commitment to confronting discrimination, bias, and inequity in the workplace.

Before entering the legal profession, Gina held senior leadership roles during a distinguished 25-year career at Johnson & Johnson. In the final chapter of that career, she personally faced—and successfully fought back against—gender discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace. As she began to share her story, she heard from countless women facing similar injustices, many without the resources or support to speak up. Their stories left a lasting impact and ultimately inspired her to pursue a legal career.

Today, she brings that same strength, insight, empathy, and resolve to her law practice. Gina knows what it means to be silenced, sidelined, or mistreated at work—and she’s here to ensure you don’t face it alone. Her personal experience taught her this truth: a company didn’t make you—so it can’t break you.
